The county website has been down for a couple of days, which would explain why you get an "object not found" page when you try to get the rules from the side bar.
SO, if you would like a copy of the rules, please e-mail me at wendysdarling@gmail.com and I will send them to you as a pdf file.
If you plan to be at the 4-H banquet on the 18th I would be happy to give them to you there. Just let me know. :-)
